These maps show how I laid out my textures as flat as possible so that I could Paint details in photoshop. I also stacked some of the UV's. I did leave some unstacked because I wanted to be able to texture some variation.

I enjoyed putting this together and gaining more experience in the process.
For this project I sculpted most of the textures in ZBrush. I used Substance Painter to bake the high-resolution model’s details to low-resolution. I painted the plant’s textures and created their Alphas in Photoshop. I then used those PS plant textures to layout their leaves in maya before exporting them out with the rest of my models. Finally, I did my lighting, setup, and renders in Marmoset. My primary reference is from the below posted concept by David Harrington, that really grabbed my attention.
